Trying to find a job in a foreign country is difficult, but the North Dakota Job Service is aiming to make it easier.

Kylie Anderson, a freshman at Minot State, has been an AmeriCorps member in the Minot area for three years. Two weeks ago, Anderson said she received a heartbreaking call.
