A Rochester man has been arrested after police pursued a car stolen from the city.

A LARGE amount of cannabis and cash was found in a rucksack that was discarded by a suspect during a police foot chase.

Shawn Gossett, who has intellectual disabilities, is accused of intentionally setting fire to a Plant City mobile home.
