トヨタは2025年5月15日に、北米にてバッテリーEVのラインアップを拡充していくことを発表するとともに、北米トヨタが5月19日から21日の3日間にかけて開催する新車発表イベントにて、新型「bZ Woodland」を世界初披露することを発表しました。

トヨタ自動車は北米で、電動SUV『bZ4X』の改良にともない車名を『bZ』とすることを発表したが、このbZをベースとした新型車を19日に世界初公開する。アウトドア色を強めたモデルで、日本では2026年春頃の発売を予定している。
